it was 20 years ago to day...
recently gwynn's niece, danielle, made her yearly week long visit. on the last night of her of her stay, i introduced her to the film Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band starring Peter Frampton and the BeeGees, in all its widescreen, high quality DVD transfer glory. she didn't seem too impressed, she had the typical 'kid in front of the TV' zombie look going. according to gwynn, the next morning danielle wouldn't stop talking about the songs and the plot (hahahaha...seriously).

i was just speaking to gwynn, whose cozied up on the couch with gela watching tv and i see a commercial for Across The Universe...i literally shushed gwynn from talking when i heard 'Come Together' and (i think) 'Hey Jude' playing back to back and, what looked like from my peripheral, actors singing.

holy shit it looks so ridiculous that it might actually be good.
